Shipping Information
At BUNCH, we provide secure, insured, and reliable shipping options for our precision-engineered lighters. Each piece is handled with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect mechanical condition.
1. Global Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to specific international regulations regarding luxury lighters and flammable-related mechanisms, we currently cannot ship to:
- Philippines, Indonesia, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria.
Important Notice: Please check your local customs regulations regarding the import of high-end lighters before placing your order.
2. Customs Duties & Taxes
Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. These fees are determined by your local customs office.
3. Shipping Costs
- Orders under $150:A flat shipping fee of $18 will be applied.
- Orders over $150:Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Note:Look out for our seasonal site-wide free shipping promotions!
4. Delivery Timeline & Safety
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
- Hand-Finished Production:Each BUNCH lighter undergoes a rigorous mechanical stress test and hand-polishing. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing before shipment.
- Standard Shipping:10-20 business days.
- Regional Note:Shipping to South America and the Russian Federation may take over 30 days due to complex customs procedures.
⚠️ SAFETY WARNING: To comply with international aviation safety standards, all BUNCH lighters are shipped WITHOUT fuel (butane or fluid) and without flints installed (where applicable). You will need to fill your lighter upon arrival.
5. Order Tracking

All prices are displayed in USD (unless otherwise selected). Final totals, including calculated shipping, will be clearly shown at checkout.
Payment Methods
We accept one payment method per transaction. We currently support major Credit/Debit cards and secure third-party processors. By completing your purchase, you authorize BUNCH to charge the designated amount.
