Returns and Refund Policy

At BUNCH, every lighter is a symphony of precision engineering, premium materials, and artisanal craftsmanship. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and repair policy below:

7-Day Return Policy

  • Timeframe:You may return your item within 7 days of receipt for any reason. (Note: For customers in the EU/UK, a 14-day cooling-off period applies in accordance with local consumer laws.)
  • Condition:Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. This means the lighter must NOT have been filled with fuel, struck, or show any signs of ignition. All original packaging and accessories must be included.
  • Shipping Costs:Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping service.
  • Restocking Fee:For any non-quality-related returns accepted beyond the initial 7-day period, a 25% custom-handling and restocking fee will apply, and the customer must cover all two-way shipping costs.

The Limited Edition / Collector's Series

Each piece in our Limited Edition or Antique Collection is a unique masterpiece. Due to the rare materials and hand-finished nature of these items, we encourage thoughtful selection. Our team is happy to provide detailed high-resolution photos or videos before your purchase to ensure the piece meets your expectations. Thank you for honoring the spirit of craftsmanship that exists only once.

30-Day Warranty (Craftsmanship Guarantee)

We stand behind the mechanical integrity of our lighters.

  • Quality Issues:If your item develops a structural or functional quality issue (e.g., ignition mechanism failure or casing defect) within 30 days of receipt, please contact us for a free repair or replacement.
  • Costs:BUNCH will cover the repair and reshipment costs for verified craftsmanship-related issues.
  • Exclusions:This warranty does not cover issues caused by:
    1. Use of improper fuel or flint.
    2. Unauthorized disassembly or modification.
    3. Accidental damage, scratches, or natural wear and tear of the finish.

After 30 Days - Lifetime Maintenance Services

For issues beyond 30 days, we do not provide refunds. However, to ensure your BUNCH lighter remains a lifelong companion, we offer Lifetime Maintenance Services:

  • Complimentary Maintenance:We provide 2 maintenance sessions per year where labor and mechanical tuning remain free of charge.
  • Shipping Costs:For maintenance requests, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to our facility. BUNCH will cover the return shipping costs back to you.

How to Initiate a Return or Repair

  1. Please contact us at support@bunchlighter.comwith your order number and clear, high-resolution photos or videos of the issue.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Important Safety Note:Due to international shipping regulations, all lighters must be completely drained of fuel before being shipped back to us.
  4. Authorization:Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized shipments may be rejected or seized by customs.
