There is no minimum purchase requirement, and no standard shipping fee will be added at checkout.

However, due to carrier restrictions, customs requirements, sanctions, or local regulations concerning lighters and related products, we are currently unable to ship to certain destinations, including:

Every BUNCH lighter undergoes a final inspection and preparation process before shipment.
Depending on the piece, this may include:
Mechanical inspection;
Ignition mechanism checks;
Surface and finish inspection;
Hand polishing;
Cleaning; and
Protective packaging.
For standard in-stock orders, the estimated total delivery time is 7–9 business days from the date your order is placed.
This estimate includes both:
Order processing + international shipping
You do not need to add additional processing time to the 7–9 business day estimate.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Certain personalized, made-to-order, or specially commissioned pieces may require additional preparation time. Where this applies, the estimated timeline will be clearly stated on the product page or communicated to you before fulfillment.
While most standard orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–9 business days, actual delivery times may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside BUNCH's reasonable control, including:
Customs inspections or clearance delays;
Local carrier operations;
Public holidays;
Severe weather;
Remote-area delivery;
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information; or
Unexpected transportation disruptions.
The 7–9 business day timeframe is an estimated delivery window and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

For international transportation safety and regulatory compliance, all BUNCH lighters are shipped completely without fuel.
The flint is pre-installed where applicable.
Fuel, including butane gas or lighter fluid, is not included with your order.
Once your lighter arrives, you will need to add the appropriate fuel before first use.
Depending on the model, a BUNCH lighter may use:
Butane gas; or
Lighter fluid.
Please refer to the individual product page or included instructions to determine the correct fuel type for your specific lighter.
Never use a fuel type that is not specified for your particular lighter.

At BUNCH, every lighter is created as a lasting piece of mechanical craftsmanship. From precision-machined components to hand-finished natural materials, each piece is made to be carried, used, collected, and maintained for years to come.
We want you to purchase with confidence. The following policy explains our returns, warranty coverage, and lifetime maintenance service.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the lighter must be:
Unused and in its original condition;
Completely unfueled;
Unstruck and never ignited;
Free from scratches, wear, modification, or other signs of use; and
Returned with its original presentation box, accessories, documentation, and included gifts.
Because the introduction of fuel or ignition materially changes the condition of a lighter, a lighter that has been fueled, struck, or ignited is no longer eligible for a change-of-mind return.
This does not affect your rights if the product is defective.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. BUNCH cannot be responsible for return parcels lost before they are received by us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, BUNCH will arrange an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
Original expedited or upgraded shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from an error by BUNCH.
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns made within the 14-day return period.
Many BUNCH pieces are individually hand-finished and incorporate natural materials including Damascus steel, mother-of-pearl, shell, lacquer, wood, stone, and other artisanal materials.
Natural variations in pattern, grain, coloration, iridescence, engraving, patina, or hand-finishing are part of the character of these materials and do not by themselves constitute a defect.
Limited-edition and one-of-one pieces remain eligible for our standard return policy unless they have been personalized or made specifically to the customer's requirements.
We are happy to provide additional photographs or videos of available pieces before purchase whenever possible.
Products that have been specifically personalized, engraved, altered, or made to a customer's individual specifications are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
This restriction does not apply where the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly produced, or where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
Every BUNCH lighter is covered by our 1-Year Limited Mechanical Warranty, beginning on the date the product is delivered.
During this period, BUNCH will repair or, when appropriate, replace a lighter that develops a verified defect in materials, workmanship, or mechanical function under normal intended use.
Examples may include:
Failure of the ignition mechanism;
Abnormal failure of a mechanical component;
Structural defects in the lighter body or mechanism; or
Other verified manufacturing or craftsmanship defects.
For an approved warranty claim, BUNCH will cover the reasonable cost of the repair or replacement and return shipment to the customer.
Where required, we will also provide return shipping instructions or arrange an appropriate return method.
The limited warranty does not cover damage or performance issues caused by:
Incorrect fuel, flints, or consumable components;
Improper filling, maintenance, storage, or use;
Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification;
Drops, impact, crushing, water exposure, fire, or other accidental damage;
Scratches, dents, discoloration, patina, plating wear, lacquer wear, or other cosmetic changes resulting from normal use;
Natural changes in materials such as brass, Damascus steel, shell, wood, lacquer, leather, or other handcrafted surfaces; or
Loss or theft.
Consumable components and normal wear items are not considered manufacturing defects.
Where possible, our Lifetime Maintenance Service may still be available for issues not covered by the limited warranty.
A BUNCH lighter is designed to be maintained rather than discarded.
After the warranty period, the original purchaser may continue to request maintenance support for the lifetime of the product through our BUNCH Lifetime Maintenance Service.
We currently provide up to two complimentary maintenance services per calendar year, covering routine labor, inspection, cleaning, mechanical adjustment, and tuning where applicable.
Replacement components, restoration work, refinishing, damaged decorative materials, or repairs resulting from accidental damage may require an additional charge. If any charge applies, we will provide an estimate for approval before beginning the work.
For Lifetime Maintenance requests, the customer is responsible for safely shipping the lighter to our designated service facility unless otherwise agreed. BUNCH will cover standard return shipping after completion of an approved complimentary maintenance service.
Lifetime Maintenance applies to the original BUNCH product and is subject to the continued availability of compatible parts, materials, and technically feasible repair methods.

Never ship a lighter containing fuel.
Lighters being returned for service must be completely empty of fuel and prepared in accordance with the shipping instructions provided by BUNCH and all applicable carrier, aviation, customs, and dangerous-goods regulations.
Shipping requirements may vary by country and carrier. For this reason, please contact BUNCH before arranging any return shipment.
This policy provides BUNCH's commercial return, warranty, and maintenance commitments.
It does not limit or replace any mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees that may apply in your country or region.
